Our made in the USA ASA filament features ±0.02mm tolerance and improved winding.

Our Printing Tips:
1. In general, the Bambu or Prusa ASA profile is a good starting point. We suggest starting with 110C bed and 270C nozzle temperature in preheated the chamber. Ideally, the building chamber temperature needs to be around 60-70C
2. It's very important to have completely dried ASA, even if it is fresh out of the bag. It's suggested to dry with a filament dryer.
3. Try to reduce maximum fan speed to 30%. It might be needed to turn off the part cooling fan completely for some prints. Min print speed (in Bambu Studio) needs to be reduced to 5 mm/s or less. The minimal print speed is very important, especially for small prints/structures and thin wall parts.
4. Slow down the print. Try 1st 5 layer no fan, 1st layer speed 20mm/s Perimeter 50mm/s
